St. Claude Winter Carnival

Knowing how to make the best of winter is so much fun!

The town's winter carnival in February, Plaisirs d’hiver, features an evening dance, a torchlight procession, sleigh rides and maple taffy on snow. Outdoor winter activities abound, with an outdoor rink as well as a network of snowmobile, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing trails to choose from. The festival is held prior to Festival du Voyageur and puts us in the festival mood.
